"Nice locatlion, near shopping,restaurants and the beach, altough it was not verry plesent. Better om the east side.
The staf did its best without gardener and poolkeaper.
The hotel was in a ned off caering and repair.
The pool, who was one off resdons for booking this hotel, was in a misserable state.
We and several orter guests complaind about it without anything happend.
The staf at frontdesk sad that it was cared for ewery day, but that was a lie, one time during our week saw we a poolkeaper, and he diddnt even fil the pool up with water.

But a BIG minus is that all the sunchairs is taken at 07:00 in the morning.. So if your a late sleeper, you don´t get a place to sit!
I really dont like that people getting upp early just to put a towel on the chair and then get back to bed just to come back at 9 or 10am..or going to the town first! It whould be nice if the hotel don´t accept that!!

"Location is a bit far from Ao Nang,nearest 7/11 is a mile away,hardly any shops around,lovely beach and nice bungalows but when busy they are not cleaned,very much a one man band where the owner is trying to do everything without any team effort.Also the wifi is only available in the lobby and does not reach the bungalows which is a pity. "Very good location and the room we ve stayed was really spacious and well designed. Unfortunately the isolation with the door next door is really bad, we could hear everything. In the bathroom, the shower wasn t as expected, no pressure with the water, the handel should be changed. I loved the concept with the IPAD and electric curtains. "Our first stay on this hotel. We liked the hotel and the staff. Allways polite and helpful. Not far from the beach and many good resaurants near by.
The room was OK(garden view) so we had shaddov on the terasse and could sit outside in the afternoon. The bed was to hard for us.
