"My room on floor 15 had been newly renovated as had the public spaces on that floor. I was satisfied with my room. The layout of the approach to the lobby from the street or parking garage is a maze. After 3 days I was still getting lost. The breakfast was fine. The staff friendly. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and will consider the hotel again on my next visit." | ||

"We enjoyed our stay at the Charoen Thani and we will be staying here again when we are next in Khon Kaen. The staff are very friendly and the food excellent. The room is fine with plenty of furniture which is starting to look a little dated but serves its purpose and is kept very clean. For the price this hotel offers very good value for money and the pictures submitted onto booking sites for this hotel do not really reflect how good this hotel is. "Really can t remember the number of times that I have stayed at Kosa; & every stay there has been more than pleasant.
Everything about Kosa is really superlative for a person like myself, who prefers the general informality available at this hotel, compared with the larger & very much more stuffy environment of the Pullman hotel, where I had stayed.
On every future visit to Khon Kaen, I ll stay at Kosa & recommend this hotel to any one who is averse to being surrounded by wealthy geriatrics
