Room safe wasn t working. Complained for the 3 nights I stayed there but nobody turn up to fix it even till the day I checked out.
Breakfast is normal 3 star standards. Nothing fantastic, nothing to shout about.
Seems pretty popular with the North Asians as they were the majority in the hotel.

b)These days providing kettle in rooms is a norm. We had to ask them to provide this in our room.

Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and away from the sleaze of the Nana area. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel. We booked the family suite which is offered with 2 bedrooms and a separate living room and 2 bath rooms. We actually noticed that there was 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom and 1 bedroom which was split up in a kind of alcove and separated with a partition between alcove and living room and a kitchen corner. The living room had 2 seats only and no television. The bathroom for the alcove is a guest bathroom without shower and bathtub. One air condition could not be adjusted at all. Cold or switching off. Long complaining list handed to reception, but only 2 issues were solved. Very small and old fashion television in the bedrooms. Some lamps did not work. No desk lamp in the alcove. No mini bar price list. A can of cola costs 90 Baht. Too much dust inside the rooms for people with dust allergy. Be careful with using internet. 600 Baht per day. The breakfast is actually very good. A large buffet and a huge assortment. The room service can not be recommended. The meals were cold when delivered. The location is very good. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Only 10 minutes walk to the sky train. However, the overall impression was good and valuable for that price.
