by CHEW SOON HUI Visit Date:February 20, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The room and towels provided were clean. The hotel was also thoughtful in providing an umbrella in the room. The hotel also provided an ipod dock but it was not compatible with iphone 4 and the USB port was also not working.
We were pretty disappointed with the service of the staff, in particular a staff by the name of Bawl/Ball. As we needed help from him to assist us in making a call to the restaurant/bar for enquiries and reservations, we approached him at the front desk. However, he was unwilling to help and insisted that we make the call in our room instead. As we could not speak Thai, we kindly asked for him to make the call on our behalf. He obliged eventually but was not happy about it and insisted on charging us 10 THB for the call. We are not concerned about the money but were pretty disappointed with his attitude. He was also unwilling to help us write the address of the place in Thai, which would be useful when communicating with the taxi driver.
On our last day before making our way to the airport, we approached the front desk to borrow scotch tape for our box which we wanted to check in at the airport. The staff rudely told us to buy our own scotch tape at 7-11 instead. So we had to rush to the store to get the tape even though we were already rushing to make our way to the airport.
We believe that we can find another hotel which can provide much better service. The hotel may be good, clean and accessible but the service of the staff made us really disappointed with the stay. We would definitely choose another hotel when we are in Bangkok again. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

by CHEONG Mio Cheng Visit Date:September 23, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Fusion Suites hotel is easy accessible to eating, massage and skytrain. Deco design with thai and antique feel. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful especially the Concierge and F&B team." |
August 26, 2010 by Roya Visit Date:August 23, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The windows, in most rooms, are blocked from the outside. Even on a sunny day, very little light can come in and it s not possible to view out. The lighting inside is not that great and some of the furniture, although great in style, is poor in terms of comfort - the writing desk, for example. The bathroom fixtures are very modern. There is little room to spread out inside the room. It was a fusion experience - some good, some not so good. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

Due to my flight arrived at 8.35am. They even allow me to check in at about 9.30am. The only down point is I request for twin bed but was given a K size bed." |
