The hotel is geared up for the Germans and there was no English people while I was there. Hence the food for breakfast is very poor and not to an englishmans standard. It s more for the Germans. Hotel staff were not as good as I have had in Thailand before and on booking in they were giving me leaflets in German!!!!???? It is though a very good place to relax and be pampered. We stayed in a deluxe room with pool view and thus is very near the pool. The pool is a great place to stay and the staff are always there ready to help. This is a great hotel for family with children and also for senior citizens (which were most of our fellow guests when we were there). Nice and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool and good breakfast buffet. There is a car parking available and free wireless internet. A Tesco shopping center is just next door. Great place for kids because lots of jacuzzies and the pool is not so deep. Breakfast was full-on - lots of bacon and best omelette I ve ever had. The cakes were also excellent, not sweet. Other than all the positives, service at breakfast not so good had to always ask to set up the table and wooden doors in the room were a bit worn out.
