The booking through Sawadee for the hotel was fine however we also booked a car from the airport which never showed up. When we called the number provided nobody seemed to know anything about the booking. As a result we got a local taxi which worked out around half price compared to the vehicle through Sawadee. The Sunwing is really geared up for families with children and offer lots of child activities and a great atmosphere to keep the little ones entertained and happy. I ll like to make a small frienly remark on booking. Our prebooking for a family room was made on 17.Oct-06 and the final conformation was made in early Feb -07. When arrived there was no familyroom avaiable ? OK, we got 2 nice adjoining rooms instead. It would be more convenient and polite to advice us about the situation in advance !
