It appears that the pools and gardens are their sewage treatment system. The constant lingering odour was a big negative about this place. The smell was always there, except in the restaurant and even there one got occasional whiffs. The buffet breakfast was limited in selection, greasy and consistently cold. They could improve a lot in this area of service for very little cost. We would have left after one or two days except for the fact that we had to pay for the whole stay before we even arrived. the staff is warm and welcoming,
hotel location is the best for families in koh Pangan,
the restaurant is just perfect (quality and price)
and totaly- good value for money!

We stayed in the Superior Sea view hotel rooms and they were large and comfortable and in line with what we paid. The pool was great and the deck to lie on at the beach. Breakfast was moderate and sufficient." |
