Yes it is close some bars that seem to attract Caucasian men looking for Thai women... but the Thai people were friendly. Being asked for massages was more intrusive (citywide). Friendly staff. Safari day excursion was great. Not a 5* hotel but a good 3+*." |

Breakfast was ok,but don t be fooled by the free mini bar,as they only stock the minibar with 2 cans of cooldrink,as well as 2 open glasses of fruit juice every morning.They also do not stock the minibar with any alcohol.Fruit is also minimal. We did not use the minibar as we were mostly out during the day. The staff were very friendly and plenty of them to assist, some had perfect english and others did not, however they always went to the effort of getting a better english speaking staff if they couldn t understand.
The location is handy to the Sunday markets and the Night Bazaar is down the street, but not a long walk at all. There are bars right near hotel and massages across the road that are awesome value.
Breakfast were very good, lots of choice and excellent omelletes made to order.
Pool was good, its only a back lane that you cross to get to it (30m), I would not be put off by that as some people have mentioned." |
