And on our first day there, they seem not yet changed the bed sheet. Also have cockroach running on the bed. Poor cleanliness for a four star hotel. Breakfast good enough. Must pay additional cost for in room safety deposit box of THB 53.5 per day." |

Staff are fantastic - nothing is a problem.\r\nBreakfast was a bit ordinary... Overall - to be honest a bit overpriced for Thailand. I moved up to the Phuket Island View in Karon Beach (next beach south and it was PERFECT!!! Great price, excellent food, excellent staff. Best feature: Swim up Bar - awesome @ 1200 bht per night. - I WILL BE BACK!
