When checked in, they claimed the original room type is full and changed to a larger room but the room turned to be in bad condition. Location is good, right next to the beach but the chair in the beach is not free. Service is normal, a little bit cold maybe because I stayed for only one night. Breakfast is good for the money. Hotel guests were not permitted to use an upstairs sitting area which looks onto the sea however the sales team were constantly taking prospective time share buyers through the pool area and past the paying guests which was really annoying. Hotel is in need of maintenance. First room we were allocated was unacceptable due to location in hotel and noisy airconditioner. bathroom was also below standard, mould around the bathtub. The Junior Suites are large and roomy facing the pool. There are a few small things that would make them look beter, like new grouting in the bathroom but other than that they are fine.
The pool is not big compared to other resorts but you have the beach at your door step.
Some of the staff are not as quick as they could be but others are great.

They need to learn how to speak english. Also it took them 30 min to finish my room, The room was smiley, and the toileo ok don t let me start.

I am Thai and my husband is a foreigner. Total we had 3 foreigners and 4 Thai people. They were not very polite to their own people. Rooms are okay, not the best, not like the pictures.
