By taxi and $3.00 you can get to many other downtown Bangkok locations and the rail system. I liked the hotel because it was quite and away from the rush of the city but close enough to go to the noise if you wanted to. Room was quite spacious with 2-Queen beds and everything you need. Good variety for breakfast with Asian and European offerings. Best to include package as otherwise breakfast cost is expensive at B650. Location on the river is scenic but shoping and restaurants are mostly a 15 min plus taxi ride away on weekends - though expect much longer on weekdays." |
