Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. There is no lift but staff do carry bags for you. Great staff with transfers to airport included with room. My flight was delayed for 4 hours and was able to return to hotel with their shuttle bus at no extra cost and wait for my flight. Many restaurants nearby as well as massage shops and evening market just under the bridge on the main road. Just exit the hotel turn left and keep walking for 10 mins." |

We wanted a clean, attractive room near the airport for an overnight stay before leaving for Cambodia the next morning. We were surprised at how big the rooms were. The decor was very attractive and the breakfast was very good with many food choices. The airport transportation was timely and included in our rate. The price was very reasonable. It is the best hotel you can find near the airport which is about 10 minutes away. They have a 24 hour snack table like ( Bannans, Cake, Juice , Coffee, ...) free of charge. I had a deluxe room on the third floor ( No eleveator )
Good for a night or two before flight to your destination to recharge your body. There is a great restaurant next door, offers great selection of thai food and sea food." |

I wanted to make a reservation for the evening I was returning to America and I could not make if for the same internet rate. I will have to go online to get the rate which I thought was a waste of time and somewhat foolish. We enjoyed our stay and would have stayed again for sure if we could have made the reservation at the time. Now I may get on the internet and look at some other Suvarnabuhmi hotels.
