The service was not very good either, the a/c was not cooling very well and the hotel is 30 minutes from Chiang Mai center. The rooms were cleaned daily, and well maintained. The beds are very comfortably soft, with multilingual TV channels,Internet in the lounge, and the meals were a great value. Everyone of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I will definately be back and am recommending the Maerim Lagoon to all of our friends.
