The staff are friendly and provide great service. The hotel promotes itself as a 5* destination and charges 5* room rates - sorry, but it does not meet these standards. Annoying things like poor cleaning of the room, charging for ice, poor quality breakfast, and trying to charge for a misplaced electronic key card on departure unfortunately took the shine off what is a lovely hotel." |
