We were up graded without asking to a better room.
My only grief is the fact we were restricted in our socialising during meal times by socialising we were penalised by 25% in our discount offered by the Gold Card. A couple gets a 50% discount but a table of 4 gets only 25% even though there are two separate rooms and accounts.
So we socialised elsewhere away from the Hotel.This cost the Hotel a lot of custom. I will stay there again.

Excellent free of charge shuttle boat from the hotel to the next skytrain / riverboat station. As late departures we had not the possibility to keep the room, but we had at least the possibility to use the shower / changing room of the gym after a long touristic day in Bangkok." |

River view room was excellent. A decent size with good facilities and amazing view. The balcony was small but it was great to stand out there watching the river traffic and Bangkok skyline.
Breakfast was excellent. Buffet with usual western options and a decent selection of Asian dishes.
Shuttle boat was frequent and very reliable. The drop off point at Sathorn/Taksin opens the whole of Bangkok up. The hotel might seem out of the way but it s actually ideal.
