Först fick vi rökrum trots att vi bad om icke rök.
Efter byte fick vi ett badrum med vattenläcka i taket.
Heltäckningsmattor i rummen med unken lukt.
Frukosten dock helt ok.
Personalen väldigt hjälpsam.
Entrén låg mitt på en stökig bakgata.

Even Baiyoke Suite elevated lobby is impressive but the room is very old and dark with two spoiled wall lights and air-con compressor is very noisy unbearable and the mattress cover is smelly also.And we cannot open window for fresh air and all glass window are very dirty with fungus and black stain. The reception area is very modern and clean but the actual rooms are all aged and tired now. The rooms are large with a bedroom separate lounge room and bathroom with both bath and shower. The staff are hopeless hardly speak English. I have stayed here for years as I have 2 children so having 2 rooms is good. Seems like only the lower floors had renovation works carried out(rooms had timber floors). The upper floors still the same. The floor carpets remain old & stale & poor lighting in the rooms. The waiting time for the lifts are a pain in the neck, esp when u are in a hurry.
