The bad: no hot water in the sink (have to shave with cold water), A/C had a difficult time to cope with the heat, nothing around the hotel.
The ugly: this is marketed as a place for families, we came with a 1 year old and in the room next to us a full volume party was going on all night (stopped with the loud music only when we complained), walls are thin so we heard what happened there too well. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

pros: beuatifull pools, excellent customer service,quiet area of phuket, lovely gardens,fantastic restaurant with a great view of the pool,garden and bay(great for dining at night).
cons: smokers allowed to smoke everywhere(restaurant,pool,you name it) very annoying if you are a non smoker especially while eating brealkfast or trying to relax by the pool. very poor showers in rooms(only warm water,goes cold in under 1-2 minutes and very weak water pressure. standard garden view rooms have thin walls, you can here you neighbours (quite loud) opening closing cupboards doors etc all hours(not restfull) also the live music is clearly heard from your room untill late evenings every night which for some people may be annoying. also the suana steam facilities are charged at 150 baht per 30 minute use(just a rippoff). <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
