Water heater was somewhat troublesome in my room since it was hard to get warm water. It was either too hot or lukewarm. It is a common problem for Thailand.
Staff is helpfull and most ladies on reception do speak decent english. Used Laundry once. Clothes came back well washed and ironed.
Breakfast is basic. For me it was enough. Others may complain.
The location is a mixed bag: it is just in the middle . So all restaurants/shops/massage is two steps away. But it was a little too noisy during the night for me.

Furniture ya ba da ba doo style. Frankly, a room to sleep only when you want to spent the rest of the time outside. Tiny swimming pool with very few chairs, completely empty as surrounded by building from all of its sides - no sun to sunbath then.
Summing up, nothing really drastic to complain about, however, not any WOW effect to pay SUCH rates per night. For that money we had really luxurious hotels by Patong, so seeing this hotel we felt dissapointed." |
